The video to the right shows a walk-through shower that I would love to add to my pool area. Just fantastic! While some of us may not have the budget to fulfill the designs this video presents, it can offer us many ideas to incorporate into our own pool area.
In this next video, also by Liquiscape, it shows just how dramatically a backyard can be converted from an empty slate to an utterly beautiful oasis. It's just amazing what a few palms can do for bringing the lush and tropical canopy of the island jungle atmosphere to any swimming pool design.
Adding rocks and landscaping lights can bring intense drama to your poolside. And there are so many ways to arrange each to bring about the most pronounced enhancement of the area. Have a slope nearby? Build a stone path down to your pool and place path lights on either side for your night time swim. Don't want to struggle with the electrical wiring? Then use solar path lights! And wallah! You have a finely lit path less the wires. Some people just want a narrow pool design for swimming as exercise, and the video to the right features just such a swimming pool. This size and style of pool has become immensely popular in the last few years. Hurting for space? This just might be your solution. And the poolside atmosphere could be every bit as elaborate as a larger pool with the right decor. In fact... just add a few palms to any poolside and you have your own private and very ethereal sanctuary.
